2) What we collect (now)

  • No server logs (no IP, no User-Agent, no timestamps).
  • No cookies.
  • No third-party trackers, embeds, CDNs, analytics, or pixels.
  • Traffic insight only: high-level visit sources and visit counts without identifying any user.

3) Newsletter & email list (new)

  • What we collect: your email address (and optionally a name if you provide it) when you subscribe to updates/newsletters.
  • Purpose / legal basis: to send you updates about PrompTherion (consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • How we use it: only to deliver emails you signed up for. No resale. No sharing. No profiling.
  • Unsubscribe / withdraw consent: anytime by replying “UNSUBSCRIBE” or emailing support@promptherion.com.
  • Retention: we keep your email until you unsubscribe; then we delete it from the active mailing list.
  • Source: provided directly by you (no purchase required).

4) Email contact

  • If you email support@promptherion.com, we receive what you send (your email address, message content).
  • Not added to the newsletter unless you explicitly opt in.
  • Used only to reply; no resale, no sharing.

5) Sharing your data

  • We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.
  • No automated decision-making or profiling.

6) Cookies & third parties (future changes)

  • We currently use none.
  • If we later add cookies, analytics, embeds, or third-party services, we will:
    1. update this page before/when they go live, and
    2. clearly notify visitors on the site.

7) Future services

  • promptherion.com may introduce newsletters (already active), accounts, payments, or digital product delivery.
  • Any new data use will be described here before/when such features launch, with clear legal bases and rights.

  • For newsletter/contact data you provided, you can access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, or withdraw consent at any time.
  • Requests: support@promptherion.com. We respond without undue delay.

  • Minimal-data posture by design: no hidden collection, no background logging, no unnecessary processing.
  • Email list and correspondence are stored securely and limited to the purposes above.

  • All prompts, systems, texts, and non-generic methods published here are intellectual property of Djordje Stevanović.
  • No copying, resale, redistribution, or republishing without prior written permission.
  • When permission is granted, credit/attribution to the creator is required.
